Sell the stand, invoice and payment arrive before the fair
Set up the fair and your team, sell stands per company: type, m², open sides; build, space rental and extra services as separate lines. The moment you approve, the FUAR- invoice is issued; the payment plan splits into instalments, cash and POS go to the Fair Income till, cheques into the Cheques & Notes portfolio. Before opening the exhibitor gets an e-mail and SMS, and the fair report gathers revenue and the open balance on one page.
Five units, one file: from fair to collection
Trade Fair Stand is more than a sales list — from fair and team to stand sales, from invoice to collection, from calendar and notices to the report, an end-to-end fair desk. Each of the five units closes one job.

The cheque is taken and drops into the Cheques & Notes portfolio with its due date; the account's debt comes down.

Let the customer see what they buy: type, m², open sides — the company name on the fascia
The moment you choose the type, the m² and the open sides on the sales form, the stand is drawn: material texture from wood to plexiglass, wall layout from inline to island, the company's name on the fascia. The same drawing appears on the sale detail and the A4 Stand Sales Form; it is illustrative, not a scaled project.
As opening nears: a kind reminder to the exhibitor, a thank-you at closing
2 and 1 days before opening the exhibitor gets an e-mail and SMS: the fair's name, date, hall and stand location. A thank-you the day after closing. Sending runs between 09:00 and 20:00; the same message never goes to the same person twice, and every send is on record.
The fair file runs itself: delivery, cost, contract — all on record
Delivery items are tracked with their deadlines and the owner is reminded as they near; cost is entered as planned and actual, and profit is counted from net sales excluding VAT. The contract goes out with a signing link and the support pack is ready in one click.
